PRICES & SHIPPING
Prices are subject to change without notification due to misprints and fluctuation of raw material prices. Product availability is subject to prior sale. All merchandise is shipped U.P.S / FedEx Ground or common carrier, F.O.B Jacksonville, Florida. Additional freight charges due to delivery requests made by our customers, (inside delivery, residential delivery, delivery appointments, etc.) will be billed at the rate quoted by our carriers. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Minimum orders are $200.00 for new accounts.
Seasonal dating and freight incentive programs are available; please contact our Customer Service Department for details.
DELIVERY SHORTAGES & DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All orders are double checked and packed by experienced packers using packing methods and material above the standards required by the carriers. Please count all boxes before signing the carriers receipt. Carriers should be notified of any shortages and damages within 7 days to allow them to locate lost packages and inspect the damages if required.
For credit request or additional assistance with lost and damaged merchandise, please contact our Customer Service Department.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only by prior authorization from the Customer Service Department. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Please use your customer number whenever possible. There is a 1.5% per month late payment charge on ALL past due accounts when placing an order. Please note that you MUST purchase in multiples of the minimum sale amount.
